A well-established industrial group in Southern Sweden, with several production units, is looking for a senior Finance Manager to join its management team. The company manufactures and delivers high-quality technical components to a broad range of customers and industries and is part of a larger international group.
Location: Anderstorp, Jönköping County
Position Title: Financial Manager
Responsibilities:
As Financial Manager, you will have overall and operational responsibility for the finance function of a company. You will be a key member of the joint management team and work closely with the CEO and other department heads.
Your main tasks will include:
- leading the finance department and managing two indirect team members;
- financial reporting and monthly closings;
- product costing and production finance;
- managing payroll and HR-related matters;
- overseeing IT and business system issues (ERP: Eiqns – French system);
- participating in strategic decisions and driving process improvements;
- developing and streamlining financial routines and reporting structures.
Requirements:
- University degree in finance, accounting, or a related field;
- several years of qualified accounting or financial management experience;
- experience in production/manufacturing finance (must understand manufacturing cost structures);
- strong skills in MS Office and common ERP/business systems;
- ability to communicate in Swedish at a professional/conversational level (English fluency is a plus);
- leadership experience and the ability to take responsibility across finance, HR, and IT functions;
- self-motivated, structured, and comfortable working both strategically and hands-on.
