FläktGroup Sweden with approximately 750 employees, have production and development in Jönköping and Järna and 16 sales offices from the north to the south of Sweden. We provide challenges in an international environment for a lot of professions including production, engineering, marketing, logistics, sales, finance, IT, HR and other exciting areas.
Take the opportunity to be leader of our Swedish finance function. The Swedish business turnover is approx. SEK 1,550 million. As Finance Director, you will take on exciting challenges in a fast paced international context, leading the route to increase profitability at FläktGroup. Stationed in Jönköping you will be leading and coaching our Swedish finance department consisting of two Controllers, the Accounting Manager and four Accountants.
Tasks and responsibilities
You will provide financial and strategic planning and analysis leadership to the local management team to deliver on financial targets and the three year business plan, on EBITDA and cash generation. You will in other words be responsible for leading and developing the Swedish finance team with a focus on budgeting, reporting, financial analysis and forecasting. You will also manage the overall business controlling and take a hands-on approach to the business operation. This means being a part of processes like investments, pricing and hedging.
We expect you to ensure compliance to Group accounting at the same time as you develop, manage and organize the Swedish finance team to align their reporting and analytical work to the business priorities.
Your Profile
To be considered in this role you have an academic degree in finance and several years of experience in business controlling in a position with P&L financial responsibility. In addition, you have a proven track record of success in enhancing the capability of a finance function and leading the operation to deliver on financial targets. You are fluent in English and Swedish, written as well as spoken. Experience with manufacturing, global business environments, private equity and matrix organizations is a merit.
As a person you are not prestigious but with a down to earth approach and you are motivated by both looking into details as well as complex structures. You have a genuine interest of the business and you have the confidence and courage to make priorities and decisions based on your conclusions, securing profitability and business development.
