Job Summary

Nefab Group is on a growth journey and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. Nefab is in the process of a large transformation project with the change of ERP platform within the group. We are therefore looking to strengthen our team with ERP Analyst – Operations.

The Operations functions at NEFAB includes sourcing, purchasing, logistics and manufacturing

As ERP Analyst - operations you will be the key link between Group Operations functions and Group IT and act as liaison and coordinator of input from the various stakeholders within Operations and ERP.

You will secure that the business requirements from Operations are met by the ERP solution, both from a global perspective as well as local.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and lead the design of the operations related processes in the new ERP system, based on Nefab Business Processes
• Setup configuration and default settings of the new system in related areas
• Lead and facilitates workshops including process mapping, GAP analysis, requirement analysis.
• Member of the Nefab ERP Change board member – present change requirements collected from the business to the process owners.
• Support regional ERP rollout teams
• Facilitate site implementation by keeping ERP demo sessions as part of ERP before actual implementation starts.
• Continuously work with business process design projects after the initial project has been implemented.
• Acts as liaison and coordinator of input from the sales subject matter experts, other ERP Analysts, the core team and the architects.

You will be part of Group Business Applications ERP team, which is responsible for the ERP maintenance and development of business process in the ERP platform.

We are flexible about the location of this position, but we would appreciate it to be close to any of the Nefab Group’s offices in Europe.

Your profile

You have a University degree (Bachelor) within Business Administration, finance, or equivalent

• Five to ten years of relevant working experience within manufacturing industry.
• High general understanding of ERP-system and their processes
• Expert skills/knowledge of Infor M3
• Project management skills
• High skills/knowledge in MS Excel
• Strong business and financial understanding
• Team player with collaborative and networking skills
• Self-directed being able to formulate activities and direction
• Experience from using BI tools such as Power BI, Birst etc.

I din roll som ekonomiassistent har du kontakter med Nefabs dotterbolag över hela världen. I det dagliga arbetar du tätt tillsammans med redovisningsansvarig och ekonomichef.

Som ekonomiassistent har du ansvar för Nefab AB’s kund- och leverantörsreskontra samt löpande bokföring och avstämningar.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

• Leverantörsfakturor och betalningar
• Kundfakturering och betalningar
• Nettingsystem och hantering för koncernbetalningar
• Bokföring och avstämningar
• Delaktig i månadsbokslut och rapportering
• Delaktighet vid implementering av digitaliserad leverantörsfakturahantering
• Delaktighet vid byte av affärssystem

Din profil

Du har en eftergymnasial utbildning inom ekonomi och gärna ett par års erfarenhet av en liknande tjänst. Du har en stark vilja att lära och utvecklas, då vi ser att rollen har en stor potential att utvecklas i takt med ökad digitalisering.

Du behärskar svenska och engelska väl i tal och skrift.

För att lyckas i rollen behöver du vara noggrann, ha känsla för detaljer och förmåga att arbeta strukturerat. Då jobbet innebär mycket kontakter inom moderbolaget och koncernen så krävs god samarbets- och kommunikationsförmåga.

You will together with our current Tax & Legal Counsel provide legal support to the Nefab Group, and in doing so, support the effective management and control of legal risks.

Nefab Legal operates across a wide range of legal disciplines as well as jurisdictions. It plays an important role within Nefab as a partner to all teams and with a strong international emphasis. Beyond your legal expertise, this role requires experience in cross-border relations, problem solving, proactivity and a sound customer focus. Given our growth journey, with many new and exciting customers and partners, we want you to have excellent skills in international contractual law. We also want you to have one additional specialty in which you can excel above your contract negotiation skill set.

As our new Legal Counsel, you will be the counterpart between Nefab Group companies and legal advisors. You will draft and negotiate contracts with customers, partners, suppliers as well as draft, review and update various templates, terms & conditions and company policies. You will collaborate closely with our global and local teams and provide legal advice relating to a various number of transactions, partnerships, agreements as well as mergers and acquisitions. Furthermore, you will advise on company structures, mandates, other general corporate matters as well as work on compliance matters. Internally you will create and provide training sessions on various legal aspects. Based on your specialist field, you will assist in legal matters, and be responsible for, matters related to it.

This position is located in Jönköping or Kista, and you will report to our CFO.

Your profile

• Relevant Swedish university degree within the field of law.
• Proven experience from a law firm, accounting firm or from within a multinational corporation.
• Great skills in analyzing and interpreting advanced contractual relationships.
• Relevant experience in one or more of the following specialty areas: intellectual property law, competition law, personal data legislation, IT-law, mergers and acquisitions, transfer pricing (tax), international tax law, insurances, pensions or adjacent specialist skills which would be beneficial for our business.
• Attention to detail.
• Systematic, well-organized and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.

Arbetsuppgifter

• Vara ansvarig för rapportering och konsolideringsprocessen för Nefab Group
• Driva utvecklingsarbete kopplat till rapportering och redovisning
• Säkerställa att regler och normer kring IFRS efterlevs
• Leda förberedelserna inför månatliga rapporteringar och prognoser
• Sammanställa finansiella rapporter, både till interna och externa parter, såsom ledning, styrelse, revisorer och myndigheter
• Aktivt delta i arbetet kring årsbokslut och säkerställa att redovisningsprinciper följs
• Förbereda, koordinera och aktivt delta i arbetet med årsredovisning
• Vara ett stöd åt dotterbolag i rapporteringsrelaterade frågor
• Ta fram och utveckla verktyg, policys och instruktioner relaterade till redovisning och rapportering

Dotterbolagen i koncernen ansvarar själva för sin löpande redovisning samt lokala bokslut.

Din profil

Du har en ekonomisk högskoleutbildning eller motsvarande, samt erfarenhet av att självständigt leda koncernredovisningsarbete i en internationell miljö. Du har god kännedom om såväl svensk lagstiftning som relaterar till redovisning samt tillämpning av IFRS. För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har en bred kunskap inom redovisning, stimuleras av utveckling och besitter god struktur- och analysförmåga.

Du har goda kunskaper i Excel och i affärssystem. Koncernen använder idag Cognos Controller, varför erfarenheter inom detta verktyg är meriterande. Vårt koncernspråk är engelska, det är därför viktigt att du behärskar både svenska och engelska i såväl tal som skrift.
