Du pratar engelska och har minst 4 års erfarenhet med goda referenser. Du har god förståelse för produktutvecklingens olika faser, materialval, tillverknings- och produktionsmetoder, samt de olika kompetenser som ska samverka för att nå ett lyckat resultat.

Projekten drivs enligt relevant projektprocess.
Du är bra på att inspirera projektmedlemmar samt att bevisa för intressenter att du har fullständig kontroll i ditt projekt. Att driva fler projekt samtidigt är inget hinder samt kunna prioritera rätt saker vid rätt tillfälle. För att trivas i denna roll måste du ha kunskaper för projektledning, ledaregenskaper och målmedvetenhet.
