About the Claims specialist role

The role belongs to Voice of the Customer, a division within the Customer Service team that handles challenging cases which involve collaboration with other departments and third parties (suppliers). As a Product Claim Process Specialist you will spend your days in resolving customer errands that concern defective products and other product quality related issues. In addition to this, you will initiate claim cases with the suppliers and handle credit notes as well as spare parts. You will be consolidating reports on claim statistics and will forward the insight to your respective manager and other relevant teams within the organization. We are looking for a new photo admin to support us with, preparing, steaming, solving issues with the products and picking/putting back our products to Autostore.

Role & Responsibilities

You will be a part of the studio which includes a studio manager, photographers, web publishers and copywriters. You will be supporting the Studio with different tasks regarding picking, unpacking products, steaming and preparing clothes and assembling toys/travel items for photography.

You are a problem solver and have experience from working in a warehouse prior to this or as an admin in a photo studio. You enjoy working in a high pace environment.

The Babyshop Group’s Photo and Copy department is located in our state of the art fulfillment center in Jönköping, Sweden. Babyshop's Studio Team handles most aspects in creating the online catalogue for all our sites, from product photography and descriptions, to quality assurance. We are focused on creating the best possible customer experience and enabling our customers to make more informed purchasing decisions through great photos and informative product descriptions. As a Studio Manager you will be responsible for managing the overall studio workflow to ensure that photos and product descriptions are delivered on time and to a great standard. This entails, among other things, operational planning based on future volumes, making sure capacity meets demand, as well ensuring photos and product descriptions are following the Groups’ styling and content guidelines. Another key focus will be motivating, mentoring, and coaching your team to achieve at the top of their abilities.

• Planning and overseeing the flow of product and virtual assets through all stages of the studio workflow
