Om rollen
Som Product Manager på Verendus är du en central del av vår Product Management grupp där du samarbetar med andra team. Du arbetar tätt tillsammans med utvecklare, UX-designers, intressenter och kunder – för att säkerställa att vi fokuserar på de förbättringar som ger störst värde och stödjer våra affärsmål. Här är god samarbetsförmåga och prestigelöshet avgörande - vi lyckas tillsammans.
Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat innebära att:
Samarbeta med teamet, andra produktteam, intressenter och kunder för att förstå kunders behov och prioritera rätt insatser.
Tydliggöra mål, bryta ner initiativ i konkreta uppgifter och stödja teamet i det dagliga arbetet.
Delta i och bidra till förbättring av vårt gemensamma arbetssätt inom Product Management.
Följa upp resultat med hjälp av data och kundfeedback.

Du kan komma att arbeta mot flera olika marknader (Sverige, Norge, Tyskland, UK och Danmark), vilket ställer krav på att förstå och anpassa lösningar efter olika kunders behov, med särskilt fokus på långsiktig tillväxt.
Du kommer att arbeta från vårt huvudkontor i Science Park Towers i Jönköping, men rollen innebär även vissa tjänsteresor tex. besök på mässor eller ute hos kunder.
Om dig
Vi söker dig som är kommunikativ, driven och har en stark förmåga att omsätta insikter till actions för oss som bolag. Du trivs med att arbeta i en varierad roll där du får kombinera strategiskt tänkande med operativt arbete.
För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du har:
Relevant högskoleutbildning (Ex. IT, teknik eller projektledning).
Tidigare erfarenhet som Product Manager, Produktägare eller Projektledare i ett produktteam med agilt arbetssätt.
Du är prestigelös, strukturerad och trivs med att samarbeta mot gemensamma mål.

Det är meriterande om du har tidigare erfarenhet från SaaS-bolag, gärna inom B2B.
Vi söker dig som kan kommunicera obehindrat på svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift. Det är ett stort plus om du talar tyska. Andra nordiska eller europeiska språk är också meriterande då vi befinner oss i en stark tillväxtfas och har både befintliga och potentiella kunder i flera länder.

Om rollen I rollen som Databasutvecklare hos oss kommer du att ha en central roll i att administrera och optimera våra databaser för att säkerställa hög prestanda och tillgänglighet. Du kommer att arbeta tillsammans med vårt befintliga team för att stötta underhåll, driftsäkerhet och skalbarhet i våra system. I nära samarbete med vårt utvecklingsteam bidrar du till att optimera databasintegrationer i applikationer och arbetar kontinuerligt med att förbättra automatisering samt säkerställa en stabil och effektiv datahantering.
Om dig För att må bra, trivas och bli framgångsrik i rollen är din inställning lika viktig som din erfarenhet. Med det sagt ser vi att du har minst fem års erfarenhet av att arbeta med relationsdatabaser (My). Du har erfarenhet av eller intresse för att arbeta i en DevOps-miljö och att du har en god förståelse för hur databaser samverkar med utvecklingsprocesser. Du är en engagerad problemlösare med ett öga för detaljer och ett sinne för att hitta smarta, långsiktiga lösningar.
Vi ser gärna att du har:
Kunskap inom prestandaoptimering, frågeoptimering och databasmodellering
Erfarenhet av multi-region databaser
Vana vid molndatabaser och tjänster inom GCP, Azure eller AWS
Förståelse för CI/CD-pipelines och automatisering av databashantering

Erfarenhet av TypeScript eller PHP är en stor fördel. Har du dessutom erfarenhet av Kubernetes, Terraform och GitHub Actions är det ett plus. Erfarenhet av skalning och sharding är också meriterande.

About the Role
As part of the Customer Success team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our German-speaking customers and users get the maximum value from our product. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with our German customers, understanding their needs and goals, and collaborating with your colleagues to continuously improve our processes and services. Over time, the role may also include managing our customers in the UK.
The position is based at our headquarters in Science Park Towers, Jönköping.
Your main responsibilities include:
Onboarding new customers and ensuring they have the right conditions for success with Verendus.
Analyzing customer data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Proactively contacting customers to build strong relationships, discuss improvement areas, and highlight relevant products and add-ons.
Collaborating with colleagues to address customer challenges.
Developing and implementing strategies to enhance our ability to make our customers successful.


About You
Your mindset is just as important as your experience for thriving in this role. That said, we believe you have previous experience in Customer Success, preferably within IT.

Have experience with business-to-business (B2B) interactions.

I denna roll som Cloud och DevOps-specialist kommer du att arbeta nära vårt tekniska team för att säkerställa driftsäkerhet och driva utvecklingen av vår server- och cloudinfrastruktur framåt. Du kommer också att ha en nyckelroll i vårt utvecklingsarbete. Som Cloud och DevOps-specialist hos oss kommer du att hantera både interna krav och tekniska utmaningar i en dynamisk och fartfylld arbetsmiljö. Du förväntas delta aktivt i projekt och förbättringsarbeten, samt säkerställa att våra system och tjänster lever upp till högt ställda krav på säkerhet och stabilitet.
Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:
Hantera och optimera cloudmiljöer inom Google Cloud och andra molnbaserade tjänster
Utveckla och underhålla automatiserade lösningar med verktyg som Github actions, Docker, och Kubernetes
Bistå utvecklingsteamet med kunskaper inom PHP, Typescript, Javascript och My för att skapa skalbara och effektiva applikationer

Om dig
För att må bra, trivas och bli framgångsrik i rollen är din inställning lika viktig som din erfarenhet. Med det sagt ser vi att du har tidigare erfarenhet inom utveckling, serveradministration och cloudbaserade tjänster, med fokus på Google Cloud (erfarenhet av AWS och Azure är en bonus). Du är en engagerad problemlösare med ett öga för detaljer och ett sinne för att hitta smarta, långsiktiga lösningar. Med verktyg som Git, Docker och Kubernetes i verktygslådan är du van vid att sätta upp och trimma DevOps-processer, alltid med säkerhet och effektivitet i fokus. Din drivkraft ligger i att optimera och automatisera arbetsflöden, där du med noggrannhet och engagemang bidrar till att förbättra våra processer.
PHP, TypeScript och JavaScript är språk du behärskar, och du har en vana att bygga och underhålla kodbaser. Har du dessutom erfarenhet av GitHub Actions för att skapa och underhålla CI/CD-workflows, eller fördjupad kunskap om containerorkestrering är det ett stort plus.

Om rollen
Som en del av Customer Success-teamet blir du ansvarig för att säkerställa att våra kunder och användare har en bra upplevelse med våra produkter. Ditt fokus kommer att vara att bygga starka relationer med kunder, förstå deras behov och mål samt arbeta nära dina kollegor för att se till att vi utvecklas och blir bättre. Detta kommer du att göra utifrån vårt huvudkontor i Science Park Towers i Jönköping.
Dina ansvarsområden inkluderar huvudsakligen att:
Onboarda nya kunder och säkerställa att de har rätt förutsättningar för att lyckas med Verendus
Analysera kunddata och identifiera möjligheter till förbättringar
Proaktivt kontakta kunder för att bygga starka relationer, diskutera förbättringsområden, samt uppmärksamma kunden på produkter och add-ons som borde vara intressanta
Samarbeta med kollegor för att hantera problemställningar från kund
Utveckla och implementera strategier internt för att bli ännu bättre på att göra våra kunder framgångsrika

Om dig
För att må bra, trivas och bli framgångsrik i rollen är din inställning lika viktig som din erfarenhet. Med det sagt ser vi att du har tidigare erfarenhet inom Customer Success, gärna inom IT.

Talar och skriver obehindrat på svenska, och engelska
Har erfarenhet av business to business

The role

You will be the first point of contact for our customers when they need help with how to use our solutions. When not on the phone or replying to customer tickets, you will work together with your teammates on solving more complicated queries or on internal tasks e.g. improving our self-service solutions, preparing customer onboardings, price list management or customer analytics.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Accepting all incoming customer support requests in Germany
- Answering support requests directly or coordinate with your colleagues
- Preparing price lists for vehicles, special equipment and spare parts for the system import
- Actively accompany new customers in the onboarding process; which includes working toward deadlines and action plans and ensure that old data is transferred to Verendus
- There is a lot more happening in team Customer Success where you will have the possibility to jump in and help e.g. producing tutorial videos, system training content, webinars and overall customer development if you want to


About you

You have a service-oriented attitude and experience from customer service, preferably in an IT-oriented environment or in the automotive or RV industry. You know how to deal with people, build trust and how to help users solve their queries in a friendly yet professional and efficient manner. You work in a solution-oriented way and have the "grit" to push through even difficult situations.

As a UX Designer at Verendus you will have a lot of freedom and the opportunity to influence the product’s direction and development. You will work in a close collaboration with our existing product teams and various stakeholders to create a great experience for our customers. Meanwhile you will also have the opportunity to be a part of defining the UX processes at Verendus.

You will have a central role in the product development and be a true context provider. With the use of qualitative and quantitative research we continuously learn what problems to solve, and you will facilitate ideation with the team and produce valuable visuals for effective communication.

Some of your daily activities:

- Planning and conducting product discovery to continuously learn about our customers goals and needs.
- Analyzing and documenting research findings to identify insights and enable effective communication with relevant stakeholders and team members.
- Processing ideas from the wireframe stage into a final design, including prototypes and animation.
- Facilitate sessions for ideation and problem-solving together with our product teams.


You most likely have a couple of years’ experience as a Product- or UX Designer, preferably from working with B2B SaaS products.

The role requires that you can communicate in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

About you

To enjoy and thrive in a role as a Developer at Verendus, you should be curious, engaged, and full of initiative. Together with your team, you will be responsible for managing and further developing our existing GraphQL/Node.js back-end. We’re building the foundations of something truly big - so you hopefully have experience in writing clean, functional code on the back- and front-end. You will also be testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues across the full stack.

We would like you to have:

- Professional experience with Javascript / TypeScript / Node / NestJs
- Knowledge of relational database design principles
- Familiar and comfortable with My / MongoDB / Redis
- Knowledge of GraphQL / Apollo / Kubernetes is a merit


In addition to this, it’s important that you can find the right balance between the perfect code and what is required at the time.
