About the team:
In this role, you will be a part of Global Information Services (GIS); the foundation of Husqvarna Group digital service delivery. GIS role is to maintain and proactively deliver digital solutions to all business units across the globe. We are working with optimizing business processes, innovation and exploitation of technology and business opportunities, services and support.
The Enterprise Architecture team within GIS works with strategies, documentation and governance of business process, information, data, application and technology architecture layers, helping realizing enterprise and IT strategies through reliable & secure digital landscape.


What You’ll Do:
Your focus will be on governance, structure, and alignment—ensuring that architecture decisions are strategic, well-documented, and support business needs. We use EA tools like Orbus Infinity, to elevate our documentation, strategic planning and reports.
Your work will involve documenting applications, capabilities, strategies, processes, and data management practices, ensuring that we retain valuable knowledge and insights. You will have the opportunity to work across the entire documentation area, ensuring that all solutions are well-documented and easily accessible. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to clarify requirements and ensure that our architecture meets diverse needs. Additionally, you will future proof our solutions, identifying and defining enablers to drive our roadmap forward.


You will:
Managing our Business Application Inventory – maintaining a structured catalog of applications, mapping their capabilities, criticality and lifecycle.
Developing and maintaining our Capability Map – overseeing 600+ defined capabilities, ensuring they remain relevant and aligned with business needs.
Improving Enterprise Architecture tools – leveraging Orbus Infinity to document Husqvarna Group’s IT Landscape, ensure the tools are being used in a proper way and being in line with TOGAF and ArchiMate frameworks.
Create and maintain EA reports – working together with different stakeholders across the business to identify and create fit-for-purpose reports to enable data driven decision.
Ensuring strategic alignment – participating in Architecture Review board meetings to ensure solutions are aligned with strategies.
Driving architecture governance – establishing processes, tools, and methods that help architects apply best practices - and create business value.

Rollen som chefsarkitekt
Som chefsarkitekt är du ansvarig för att driva det strategiska arkitekturarbetet i Region Jönköpings län. Du sätter mål, planerar, leder och samordnar arbetet med regionens övergripande enterprisearkitektur, och kommer att vara en stark motor i regionens digitaliseringsarbete. Rollen innebär samverkan med regionens alla verksamheter för att säkerställa att arkitekturen hjälper organisationen att möta nya omvärldskrav. Som chefsarkitekt leder du arbetet i vår arkitekturgrupp, där uppdraget är att stödja och vägleda projekt och andra initiativ i aktuella arkitekturfrågor. Du representerar även regionen i nationella samverkansforum såsom regionernas nationella arkitekturråd. Du kommer att ingå i IT-centrums ledningsgrupp och vara direkt underställd IT-direktören.

Din profil
Vi söker nu en chefsarkitekt med helhetsansvar för arkitekturarbetet inom Region Jönköpings läns breda verksamhetsområde; hälso- och sjukvård, regional utveckling, utbildning och kultur, samt länstrafik. Vi söker dig som har högskoleutbildning inom IT och flera års erfarenhet av liknande strategisk roll.

Your role at Husqvarna Group
In the role of Enterprise Architect ERP you will be responsible for setting the direction for Husqvarna in the ERP area. Husqvarna Group is launching a large ERP-program and you will be an important part in setting the architecture for the ERP journey and the digitalization journey. You will use your skills to create and maintain the target Architecture for Husqvarnas future ERP environment. Coordination with other domain and EA architects within the team.
Be heavily involved in the ERP program responsible for the ERP transformation project from an architectural point of view
Provide expertise in the area of  ERP architecture,
Contribute to the Development the EA function and governance structure

Lead workshops

Your profile
You are an experienced architect with wide experience in ERP-architecture. You hold good communication and leadership skills with a passion for seeking new knowledge to create the best result possible.
ERP applications, preferrable SAP or Oracle is something you are very used to.

You have BSC or MSC in relevant field and many years of experience in ERP. You are a senior architect with relevant EA-experience and a good sense for the bigger picture. You find yourself very comfortable in a fast paced atmospehere.

If you have experience in managing projects and knowledge in a manufacturing processes in relation to EA within ERP that is considered a great merit.

You have excellent verbal and written skills in English. Swedish is an advantage.

We are now recruiting the next PLM Architect to the Husqvarna Group! In this role you will work with Husqvarnas upcoming architecture for their NextGen PLM. As Domain Architect PLM you will work in the NextGen PLM-program and create smart architecture that will have an big impact on Husqvarna Group. You will work close with / lead a group of solution architects in different areas; i.e Master Data, Integration, Security, PLM Platform.

Another task is to secure the set-up of the “To-be IT-landscape” and that it is according to the NextGen-PLM program requirements and conceptual specification. Co-existens between the old and the new set-up during the execution will be crucial and an important task for this position. During the implementation phase you also need to secure that the impact on existing applications (I.e: ERP, Manufacturing, e-commerce) is minimized.

As the project goes into the next phase you will be the main architect for the IT-Landscape Transformation workstream.

You will be a part of Husqvarnas Enterprise Architechture-team, and report to the Director of EA. In the NextGenPLM-program you will report and work close to IT Landscape Transformation PM.

This is an important role at Husqvarna Group and together with your team you will be the one shaping Husqvarnas digital future and making great excellence.


Your profile:
You have a BSC or MSC in relevant field and experience from similar roles. You have a broad architectural background and experience from PLM architecture (preferrable Siemens Teamcenter) and RD related IT.

You have the ability to lead other architects as well as keeping a solution together in a bigger scale.  You should have a sense for the “big picture and like solution responsibility end to end. You fit well into a global environment and like the challenge in creating a better architecture for Husqvarnas future.

Who you are

Strong experience in Infrastructure and IT Security architecture

Experience from Cloud, DevOps, Network, Workplace, Server & Storage and IT sourcing is an advantage.
You have a good sense for the bigger picture rather than getting into details.
