As demand for our professional robotic solutions continues to grow, Husqvarna is strengthening its aftermarket and customer support organization. We are now looking for a Service Specialist to join our Pro Sales organization in Sweden and support the continued growth of our autonomous turf care business. In this role, you will combine technical expertise, troubleshooting and customer support while working closely with dealers and end customers to deliver great product experiences.
About the role:
As a Service Specialist within Pro Robotic, you will provide technical and service support for Husqvarna’s professional autonomous turf care products. You will work closely with our Pro dealer network, end customers and internal support teams to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This is a remote role, and you can be based in Gothenburg, Stockholm, Växjö, or elsewhere in Sweden. The role involves significant field work, and you should expect 30+ overnight stays per year. The role requires a methodical mindset and the ability to think logically and systematically.
Your responsibilities include:
Technical support and servicing of autonomous turf care products in the field
Supporting the Pro dealer network with troubleshooting and service
Conducting technical and service training sessions
Product demonstrations and customer onboarding
Training dealers and end customers in product concepts
Handling warranty claims and advanced troubleshooting
Collaborating with internal business functions, global tech support and customers
Extensive regional travel, including overnight stays when required
Occasional international travel for training purposes

The role involves outdoor work in varying weather conditions and combines hands-on technical work with customer interaction.
About you:
You are technically skilled, service-minded and enjoy solving problems in a customer-focused environment. You are curious, proactive and comfortable working independently while building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Your skills and background
Minimum 5 years of experience within electrics or a related technical field
Relevant technical qualification and/or hands-on experience
Experience in troubleshooting and field service work
Good understanding of customer experience within sales and aftersales
Experience conducting technical training is an advantage
Experience working with robotic mowers or robotic products is an advantage
Fluent in Swedish and English
Full, clean driving license including VAN driving eligibility
Willingness to travel extensively within the region, including overnight stays

Build, test, and shape the next generation of robotic lawn mowers!
At our Product Lab in Huskvarna, you will join a competent and driven team of 15 engineers who combine hands?on testing with rigorous analysis to turn ideas into reliable products. We test both brand?new concepts and products already in production, and we do it where it matters—on test rigs, in the lab, and out on dedicated lawn areas.
Role description
Plan and perform tests on components and complete products to verify compliance with regulatory standards and Husqvarna’s internal requirements.
Run mechanical testing of robotic mowers, work with test equipment/rigs, and perform field tests on lawns.
Handle software in test and contribute to the development and improvement of test methods and test codes so results are repeatable and decision?ready.
Analyze and communicate results clearly—both verbally and through concise, well?structured reports for R&D stakeholders.
Collaborate closely across engineering disciplines and projects; some travel within and outside Sweden may occur.

Your profile
You have technical competence and a genuine interest in both the theoretical and practical aspects of engineering—preferably within electronics or mechanics. You enjoy working hands?on with tests and equipment just as much as analyzing data and understanding underlying concepts. Problem?solving motivates you, and you thrive when faced with new challenges. With your proactive and collaborative mindset, you enjoy working with many different stakeholders, both within the organization and externally.
You have a background / genuine interest in the following:

About the role
As Home Service Representative – Southern Sweden, you will be responsible for driving and developing the Husqvarna Home Service channel in the southern part of Sweden. The role is highly operational and field-based, with a strong focus on sales performance, partner coaching, and presence in day-to-day operations.
You work closely with Home Service partners and van operators, supporting them in customer consultations, installations, and sales activities related to robotic lawnmowers.
A large part of the role is spent in the field through ride-alongs, partner visits, local events, fairs, and on-site coaching.
Your main responsibilities include:
Driving sales results and following up on key KPIs such as sold units, conversion rate, and NPS
Coaching, supporting, and challenging partners and operators to ensure high activity levels and strong customer experience
Ensuring that partners follow agreed routines, processes, and standards within the Home Service program
Building strong, long-term relationships with partners and acting as a trusted commercial advisor
Supporting onboarding and development of new Home Service partners in the region
Planning and structuring your work independently, including route planning and visit prioritization
Collaborating closely with sales colleagues, marketing, and internal stakeholders

This is a hands-on commercial role with minimal administrative work. Expect to spend 4 days per week in the field, actively engaging with partners and operators.
About you
Proven experience from field sales, ideally combined with a background in retail or store-based sales.

Ability to coach, influence, and follow up performance without formal line management
Proven ability to work independently and structure your time in a field-based role

About the role
As a Technical Information Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless digital delivery of Operator’s Manuals and related customer publications across both new product development and ongoing product maintenance. You will act as the hub between R&D, Compliance, Product Management, and our external writing partner, gathering requirements, prioritizing activities, and driving publication workflows according to tight project timelines.
Your work will span across both day?to?day coordination and long?term digital transformation. A typical week varies greatly, from participating in R&D project meetings to understanding new product requirements, to planning content creation orders, validating deliverables, and safeguarding legal compliance. You will also work hands?on in Teamcenter and support the ongoing migration from older systems into the new digital setup.
A key part of this role is contributing to our ambition of moving beyond static PDFs toward a fully digitalized, reusable content experience. About the Department / Team
Our team consists of 12 dedicated test engineers each contributing their expertise across multiple projects. We work closely together, sharing responsibilities and supporting each other to deliver high-quality results.

About the Role
As a Test Engineer, you will perform testing and verification of our handheld petrol-driven LME products and handheld battery-powered products, such as grass trimmers, brushcutters, leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, and chainsaws.
Your main responsibilities include:
Strength and functional testing
Acting as a coordination point towards surrounding functions, for example specialist functions within different projects
Developing test methods and measurement system analyses, as well as supporting other R&D functions
Measurement and verification, design and construction of fixtures and rigs, and reporting of product technical performance and technical documentation

Field testing is another important part of the role. This may include field testing in Sweden, as well as occasionally abroad. You can expect a varied and exciting role with tasks that will challenge and further develop your skills as a Test Engineer.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest and solid technical competence. As the role involves close collaboration with many other departments, it is important that you are a team player and flexible in your way of working. No two days are the same with us, and we need to be able to quickly adapt to changing priorities.
The work is varied, and you should enjoy combining hands-on practical work with, for example, report writing. We believe you enjoy testing and trying out new solutions.
You have either completed a technical education or gained equivalent knowledge through work experience

About the Position
As Service Owner for Mobile Phone Service, you will take strategic and overall responsibility for our future “Mobile Phone Service” – from participating in design and implementation to continuous improvement. This is a global role where you will define the roadmap, ensure alignment with business needs, and deliver value to thousands of users across Husqvarna Group.
You will own and manage the service portfolio for mobile devices, including hardware standards, lifecycle processes, integrations, compliance, and supplier management. Your mission is to provide a secure, cost-efficient, and user-friendly mobile experience that supports productivity and collaboration.


Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the service roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Engage with business stakeholders to enhance service continuously.
Define and govern hardware portfolio (approved models, accessories, rugged devices for factory use).
Oversee device lifecycle management: provisioning, renewals, disposal, and compliance.
Drive process automation for ordering, onboarding, and support through platforms like ServiceNow and Coupa.
Ensure security and compliance (encryption, jailbreak prevention, OS updates, approved apps).
Manage supplier relationships, including onboarding new countries, contract follow-up, and escalation processes.
Monitor service performance, set KPIs, and implement continuous improvements.
Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to integrate mobile services with other enterprise platforms.
Own the budget for the service, including cost allocation and optimisation.

Depending on your background and interests, the position can be shaped into one of two paths. One path focuses on the technical ownership of positioning and localization. About the Role
You will be part of a team of experienced system engineers working with complex systems that combine software, electronics and electro mechanics. You will collaborate closely across the full R&D organization and be involved in decisions that affect product performance, customer experience and long term platform capabilities.

About this role
As Solution Owner within our CRM/CI team, you will play a central role in coordinating, prioritizing, and driving CRM initiatives across Husqvarna Group.
You will act as the bridge between business and technology — translating commercial needs into actionable direction while ensuring that our Dynamics 365 landscape delivers measurable value. This includes Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Customer Insights, and the surrounding Power Platform ecosystem.
This is a role that combines strategic perspective with operational and technological drive. Strategically, you see the bigger picture — understanding how CRM capabilities enable long-term business ambitions across divisions and markets. Operationally, you make technology happen — facilitating discussions, aligning stakeholders, structuring needs, coordinating planning, and ensuring progress across teams.
You will work closely with the CRM Delivery Manager, CRM Technology Manager, Tech Lead, Business Product Owners, and stakeholders across our divisions. Together, you will ensure that our CRM roadmap is realistic, prioritized, and value-driven.
You will act as a trusted advisor on CRM capabilities and best practices, guiding how Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights should be leveraged to support scalable, harmonized business processes across markets and divisions.


In practice, this means you will:
Act as the primary point of contact for CRM/CI solution needs, gathering and evaluating business requirements and ensuring alignment with platform technology strategy and enterprise standards.
Translate high-level business needs into structured epics and features — providing clarity on technology alignment.
Lead and facilitate planning and prioritization together with the Tech Lead and Delivery team, including backlog refinement, sprint planning input, and release coordination.
Coordinate cross-functional input to secure end-to-end process alignment, including impacts on data, integrations, and downstream systems.
Support and challenge the CRM roadmaps by assessing demand, dependencies, capacity, and long-term business value.
Ensure that delivered solutions are fit for purpose, meet quality expectations, and align with IT governance frameworks — in close collaboration with the CRM Technology Manager.
Drive stakeholder engagement through demos, updates, and structured feedback loops — clearly articulating value in business terms.
Identify risks, constraints, and dependencies early, enabling proactive mitigation and transparent decision-making.

What's Your Role?
We are looking for an IT architect who will effectively design, implement, and manage both on-premises and cloud-based systems within the PLM domain. We work in an Agile setup, with influences from Scaled Agile Framework.
In your daily life you would participate the various Agile Train events, collaborate closely with our Domain Architect and Solution Architect on securing our solution functionality support the overall expected business capabilities and make decisions on the design/solution architecture/solution proposals.
Together with your fellow Agile Train members, you would secure we have proper knowledge management and control over our architecture diagrams and other critical information regarding the solution. This would help you to identify and manage the dependencies we have between and within our Agile Trains.


Your primary skills
Strong knowledge in Cloud and Security technologies. While you will be working in a PLM context, your primary skills should focus on the technology stack supporting the applications in scope.
Expertise and experience working with cloud platforms and their services in a hybrid context, where parts of the solutions are On-Prem.

As a Mechanical Engineer within the intake systems group, you will be responsible for the design of intake components and act as a knowledge owner in discussions with other departments. The work includes design and integration into the product, leading investigations, and being responsible for deliverables to the projects. A large part of the role involves being the coordinating link between all the different stakeholders. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a complex component that often becomes a focal point, as it is crucial to how the customer experiences the product.
About you
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
3+ years of experience in product development within mechanics
Experience in designing molded components
Experience working with CATIA V5
Fluent in Swedish and English

What's Your Role?
Your primary role is to secure a consistent and world class Teamcenter PLM solution architecture for Husqvarna Group. We work in an Agile setup with influences from Scaled Agile Framework.
In your daily life you would participate the various Agile Train events, collaborate closely with our Domain Architect on securing our solution functionality support the overall expected business capabilities and make decisions on the design/solution architecture/solution proposals.
Together with your fellow Agile Train members, you would secure we have proper knowledge management and control over our architecture diagrams and other critical information regarding the solution. This would help you to identify and manage the dependencies we have between and within our Agile Trains.
Due to your senior role in our team, you would also coach the team level Solution Architects in systems thinking. You will help the Agile Train team to identify competencies needed for building a long term DevOps teams, to handle any coming needs on functional, but also non-functional perspective, in the Teamcenter PLM solution. You will also participate in hiring and mentor others, to continuously improve their skills and ability to deliver results.

The Global IP Department, part of the Legal Affairs organization at Husqvarna Group, is led by the Vice President, Head of IP. About the role
This position is generally responsible for supporting the Trademark counsel in managing and executing the global trademark procurement and clearance processes in accordance with global brand protection strategies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work as part of an international team.

About You

About the role

Arbetsuppgifter

Your profile
We believe that you have a genuine interest in solution-oriented and inventive packaging development with the same requirements as we meet. You have worked with this for a few years, but may also have a little shorter experience. However, an important starting point is that you master ArtiosCAD well, are structured and can drive your agenda yourself.
To succeed in this role, you like to discuss technical solutions with colleagues, sometimes in a workshop format around the product. You thrive best when you are challenged in your everyday life with great opportunity to design creative solutions for a good whole.
Shell requirements:
Relevant education (or equivalent experience)
Solid experience of relevant packaging development in corrugated board
ArtiosCAD
Knowledge of different packaging materials and production methods
Understanding of optimization of packaging against the logistics flow (climate/cost)
Good ability to present your results and visualize solutions
Fluent in spoken and written Swedish, and very good English

We are seeking a commercially minded and analytically strong Sales Operations Specialist to join the European Business Unit of the Husqvarna Forest & Garden Division. In this role, you will help shape how we plan, monitor, and execute sales activities across Europe, improving forecast accuracy, enabling data-driven decisions, and streamlining commercial processes.
You will report directly to the Director of Pricing & Sales Operations and collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Business Development, and Channel Development teams, supporting our sales companies and distributors across Europe. Daily interaction with cross-functional stakeholders, including Collaborative Business Planning (CBP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) teams, will be a key component of your role to ensure commercial priorities are aligned with operational execution.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Forecasting & Business Analysis
Partner with local markets and central teams to build and continuously refine sales forecasts, improving input quality for budgeting, planning, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and participate in regular CBP and S&OP; cycles, challenging assumptions, identifying risks, and driving alignment between sales and supply planning.
Analyse sales, inventory, and market data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for commercial and operational decisions.

2. Commercial Execution & Operational Coordination
Translate insights into fast, local execution, supporting promotional campaigns, pricing actions, inventory clearance, and product sales optimisation.
Oversee and manage the end-to-end sales order pipeline, ensuring seamless coordination from order intake to supply alignment.
Improve the consistency and efficiency of sales operations by supporting the implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures.

3. Reporting & Sales Tools
Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and CRM tools to support visibility, tracking, and follow-up of commercial performance.
Support sales capacity planning, field force effectiveness, and pipeline monitoring using structured performance reporting.
Ensure CRM systems are effectively used for opportunity management, forecasting accuracy, and customer activity tracking.
Recommend and help implement improvements to tools and processes that enhance the commercial operations maturity across the region.

4. Strategic Initiatives & Sales Enablement
Provide analytical and operational support to strategic sales initiatives such as key account planning, product launches, and go-to-market programmes.
Lead or contribute to regional sales review meetings, track progress toward sales targets, and ensure follow-up on key risks and opportunities.
Support training, onboarding, and capability-building efforts to improve process adherence and tool usage across sales teams.

Who You Are
You are a structured and proactive problem solver who thrives at the intersection of commercial strategy and data analytics. You combine strong system proficiency with a clear understanding of business goals. You’re comfortable working across functions and geographies and have a passion for turning data into actionable insights that drive performance.
Qualifications
A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related analytical field.
3–5 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Business Planning, Commercial Analytics, or a similar function.
Proven experience managing and analysing large datasets, with a strong command of Power BI and Excel to develop dashboards and analytical tools.
Familiarity with CRM and ERP platforms (e.g. Salesforce, SAP) and the ability to interpret and apply system insights in a commercial context.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate numbers into decisions and actions.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Previous experience in an international B2B environment, with demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration.
