Om rollen
Som Servicetekniker hos GARDENA blir du en nyckelperson i vårt nya servicecenter i Jönköping. Din vardag kommer att präglas av variation och problemlösning, där du ansvarar för att ta emot och registrera inkommande produkter, diagnostisera och reparera robotgräsklippare, pumpar och andra GARDENA-produkter. Efter avslutad service ser du till att produkterna dokumenteras och skickas tillbaka till kunder eller återförsäljare. Du arbetar nära kundservice och teknisk support för att säkerställa att våra kunder alltid får snabb och kvalitativ hjälp. I rollen ingår även att delta i produktutbildningar och ibland utbilda kollegor och säsongsarbetare, vilket gör att du hela tiden utvecklas och får möjlighet att dela med dig av din kunskap. Du följer våra kvalitetsstandarder och säkerhetsrutiner, och bidrar aktivt till att skapa en positiv och lösningsorienterad arbetsmiljö där vi tillsammans gör skillnad för våra kunder.

Husqvarna Group is seeking a Trademark Paralegal to join our Global Intellectual Property (IP) Department. The Global IP Department, part of the Legal Affairs organization at Husqvarna Group, is led by the Vice President, Head of IP. We’re now looking for someone to help support our trademark operations and contribute to the protection and management of our global brand portfolio.
About the role
This position is generally responsible for supporting the Trademark counsel in managing and executing the global trademark procurement and clearance processes in accordance with global brand protection strategies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work as part of an international team.
Essential work tasks:
Performing and analyzing trademark clearance searches using available online software and databases
Filing and prosecuting domestic and foreign trademark applications
Reviewing trademark watch lists
Docketing trademark deadlines and communications in Husqvarna’s IP management system Equinox Corporate+
Being part of the IP department’s Paralegal Group and having Superuser responsibility for Equinox Corporate +
Communicating with internal stakeholders and external agents regarding trademark- and IP-related matters
Administrating Legal documents (legalization, notarization, powers of attorney, declarations of use, etc.)
Invoice management in Husqvarna’s financial system Coupa
Keeping guidelines, manuals, forms, etc. updated



Support Trademark Counsel with the following:
Managing Husqvarna Group’s global trademark portfolio
Keeping Husqvarna Group’s trademark budget
Reporting on trademark-related activity to the Head of IP and Brand Management & Marketing leaders
Assessing third party use of Husqvarna Group’s marks, identify infringers, and enforce the Group’s trademark rights
Providing other legal and IP support as needed



About You
To be successful in this role, we believe you are either (i) an experienced paralegal with knowledge about trademarks or IP in general, (ii) an experienced administrator, and/or (iii) a newly graduated lawyer. Ideally, you have experience handling trademark matters in a law firm or corporation with a sophisticated and active trademark practice, but if you have limited experience in this area or are newly graduated, you are still highly encouraged to apply.

The Spare Parts Specialist role is to drive and improve spare part business for the Husqvarna Brand Division, with a special focus on creating an attractive spare part offer. You will in this role be responsible for managing spare parts to support service events addressing product failure modes.

Who Are We Looking For?
We believe that you have extensive experience in supply chain management, sourcing, procurement, or project management, ideally within electronics or a manufacturing environment. Your educational background is probably a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, Electronics or Mechanics.
As a person, we think that you have an analytical and strategic mindset – strong skills in analyzing supply chain dynamics, identifying risks, and optimizing processes. We are looking for a Test Engineer, who will perform testing and verification of our handheld gasoline-powered LME products and handheld battery-powered products (such as grass trimmers, brushcutters, leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, and chainsaws).
Our team consists of 12 dedicated test engineers each contributing their expertise across multiple projects. We work closely together, sharing responsibilities and supporting each other to deliver high-quality results.

Role description
Your main responsibilities will include strength and functional testing. You will also coordinate with surrounding functions, such as specialist roles within various projects. In addition, you will work on developing test methods, measurement system analyses, and supporting other R&D functions. The role includes following tasks:
Mechanical testing and long-term endurance testing of products
Field testing both in Sweden and occasionally abroad
Statistical analysis and development of data collection methods
Measurement and verification of product performance
Design and setup of fixtures and test rigs

As a Test Engineer, you will perform tests on components and complete products to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements as well as Husqvarna’s internal standards. Testing is carried out using various equipment and rigs, as well as in real-world conditions on dedicated grass surfaces.
A key part of the role is to clearly communicate the results, both verbally and through written reports.
Mechanical testing of robotic lawn mowers, software handling, and development of test methods are all part of the position.

We are looking for a senior mechanical design engineer who wants to take the next step as a Product Maintenance Lead in a key area of our robotic mower development. Your future challenge
As a Spare Part Project Coordinator you will drive projects related to the spare parts business for the Husqvarna Forest and Garden Division.
The role has the responsibility to coordinate and manage projects related to spare parts which can include transfer projects, elimination projects, where assortment and packaging are key deliverables.

About the role
You drive launches across Professional and Residential segments in line with our customer-focused strategy, collaborating with Sales, CSU, Marketing, and other key functions. In a complex organization, you equip Sales with the right tools, coordinate pan-European sales activities, and ensure local needs are addressed by central teams. As the main contact for Sales on new product introductions, you work closely with CSU, Marketing, Supply Chain, and After Sales to meet launch targets in revenue, profitability, and market position. Together with Country Managers and Sales Planners, you form a vital part of the Sales & Services Management team. Your role is critical in executing divisional business objectives. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Services for Major Europe and Distributors, the Product Launch Manager ensures sales companies and distributors have the necessary information and materials for successful product launches.
Summary of Responsibilities
Represent Sales in communication with central functions (CSUs and Marketing) to ensure sales needs are reflected in product development and launch plans.
Collaborate with Sales, CSUs, and Operations to define and execute Pan-European promotions aligned with strategic objectives.
Partner with Channel Marketing to create launch materials and promotional packages.
Manage the sample process to ensure timely delivery of product samples to dealers.
Analyze market and seasonal data to support launch strategies and promotional planning.
Support local range planning and product range simplification initiatives.

About you
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field such as sales, marketing, or product development, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
Experience in a similar role, managing product launches across multiple markets or regions, preferably within the European market.
Demonstrated understanding of sales, marketing, and product development processes.

What's Your Role?
We are looking for an IT architect who will effectively design, implement, and manage both on-premises and cloud-based systems within the PLM domain. We work in an Agile setup, with influences from Scaled Agile Framework.
In your daily life you would participate the various Agile Train events, collaborate closely with our Domain Architect and Solution Architect on securing our solution functionality support the overall expected business capabilities and make decisions on the design/solution architecture/solution proposals.
Together with your fellow Agile Train members, you would secure we have proper knowledge management and control over our architecture diagrams and other critical information regarding the solution. This would help you to identify and manage the dependencies we have between and within our Agile Trains.


Your primary skills
Strong knowledge in Cloud and Security technologies. While you will be working in a PLM context, your primary skills should focus on the technology stack supporting the applications in scope.
Expertise and experience working with cloud platforms and their services in a hybrid context, where parts of the solutions are On-Prem.
Self-confidence and ability to take lead in securing a holistic architecture. You’re skilled in architecture frameworks and best practices to secure a holistic approach to monitor and optimize the performance of hybrid systems, ensuring scalability and reliability.

About the Role
As SAP Data Lead, you will define and implement the end-to-end data management strategy—covering governance, architecture, quality, and migration—for one of Husqvarna Group’s most pivotal digital programs.
You will lead cross-functional teams in designing and executing effective data migration and cleansing plans, ensuring readiness for system testing, training, and go-live. Your Mission

About You

You bring:
Deep expertise in SAP master data and S/4HANA data models

This teams operates within a dynamic global CBP (collaborative business planning) framework and collaborates extensively with various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, product management and operations. About the role
As a Supply & Inventory planner for finished gods you play a key role in the interface between our factories/suppliers and sales companies/distributors. We are at an interesting stage of development and we want someone who can support us in this journey.
Success in this role relies on a deep comprehension of forecasting and planning best practices, a strong analytical and statistical skillset, keen attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
Examples of working tasks:
Secure delivery performance according to targets in order to serve our customers’ expectations

It is important that you ensure that the venue is always in good condition and prepared for each session. During the game, you will need to solve problems quickly and efficiently, it can be both technical problems or providing support to participants. Your profile:
We are looking for someone with some kind of experience in customer service and technical understanding in managing booking systems and simpler technical solutions. You are fluent in Swedish and English.
Meritorious experience is if you have previously worked in events, have knowledge and interest in escape rooms and games as well as practical skills in simple repairs or décor construction.

As a System Test Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of robotic lawnmowers, with a focus on software testing. Who We Are:
We are the System Test team at Husqvarna's Pro Robotic R&D, committed to delivering high-quality results for both new mower models and ongoing feature development of existing models. Our goal is to provide innovative, top-end robotic products and solutions that meet the demands of our professional customers.
What We Do:
As a member of our team, your primary focus will be testing our Pro line of robotic mowers. Based on your previous experience and areas of interest, we will tailor your responsibilities to highlight your unique expertise and support your growth. Since our testing depends on growing grass, the role will involve some travel to other test sites.
Our team focuses on ensuring that Pro line robotic mowers meet all set requirements and exceed customer expectations. We achieve this through:
Continuous regression testing
Spot testing functional areas after new implementations
Manual and automated test suites
Exploratory testing

Tests are conducted on customer-like installations, dedicated test fields with complete mowers, and virtual environments using simulators, depending on the test requirements. Our robotic mowers are controlled via mobile and web-based apps. While other departments handle the development and release of these apps, we ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
We work closely with embedded developers, systems engineers, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and the mechanical verification lab within the Pro Robotic R&D organization. We also collaborate with our sibling organization, Residential Robotics R&D. Clear communication is key to our success.
Qualifications:

Digitalization Lead for Global Operations - Sourcing
At Husqvarna Group, we’re building the operations of tomorrow — smart, sustainable, and digitally empowered. As part of our Operations Process & Digitalization team, you’ll play a key role in transforming supply chain and sourcing processes across the globe — driving efficiency, innovation, and long-term value.
You will contribute to the development of supply chain and sourcing by guiding Husqvarna into future processes, leading digital initiatives, and ensuring we operate at the leading edge of global supply networks.
Your Impact
You will be at the forefront of digital transformation within Operations, focusing on enabling and optimizing sourcing processes across the organization. Your work will make life easier for our sourcing teams.
What you'll do
Lead the digitalization of sourcing-related processes – from opportunity mapping to full implementation.
Design and drive a future-ready roadmap for sourcing process optimization, aligned with overall business goals.
Implement and scale technologies like AI, ML, RPA into sourcing-related workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and deploy data-driven improvements.
Develop business cases for change, tracking performance and ROI over time.
Inspire teams to embrace new ways of working through training, communication, and change management.

Who you are
We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
You likely bring:
Experience in Sourcing processes, along with deep knowledge of process development and/or digital transformation.
A global mindset, comfortable working across countries and functions.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive change and deliver results.
A proactive, adaptable approach — someone who thrives on solving complex problems and exploring new solutions.
You’ve worked in transformation programs, implemented new digital systems, or introduced smarter ways of working in an operations or sourcing context.
