Arbetsuppgifter
Leda och fatta beslut i sourcingprojektet som rör utveckling och optimering av digitala plattformar, CRM-verktyg och e-handelsteknologier – inklusive både licenshantering, applikationsförvaltning (AMS) och löpande vidareutveckling.
Planera, prioritera och genomföra projektaktiviteter med ett tydligt fokus på mål och tidsramar.
Följa upp och rapportera projektets status och resultat, samt säkerställa att det håller sig inom ramarna för tid, budget och kvalitet.
Avsluta projektet på ett strukturerat sätt och dokumentera erfarenheter och lärdomar för framtida förbättringar.
Främja ett gott samarbete mellan projektet och linjeorganisationen, och skapa effektiva kommunikationsvägar.
Hantera och utveckla relationer med leverantörer tillsammans med övriga medlemmar i projektteamet.
Säkerställa att efterlevnad av dataskyddsförordningar (såsom GDPR), cybersäkerhetskrav och interna upphandlingsriktlinjer beaktas och integreras i den nya leverantörsstrategin.

Krav
Djupgående kunskap inom projektledning, inklusive verktyg, metoder och arbetssätt som Waterfall och Agile, samt förmåga att tillämpa en hybridmodell vid behov.
Mer än fem års praktisk erfarenhet av strategisk sourcing eller projektledning inom områden som digital handel, CRM-system eller digitala plattformar.
God förståelse för digitala ekosystem, inklusive CRM, CMS, e-handelslösningar och kunddataplattformar (CDP).
Dokumenterad erfarenhet av kontraktshantering, inklusive förhandling, leverantörsutvärdering och hantering av licensmodeller för programvara.
Starka kommunikativa och analytiska färdigheter, samt förmåga att hantera och engagera olika intressenter effektivt.
Van att navigera i komplexa projektmiljöer, med trygghet i samarbetet med sponsorer och andra nyckelpersoner.

About the position
The Category Manager Aftermarket Parts is a new position which will be responsible for procuring parts to our aftermarket business in order to support our customers. The position will be responsible for a wide portfolio of suppliers and parts. The Sourcing organization’s task is to ensure that the greatest value is provided to the company and thereby positively affecting the overall business result.
As Category Manager you are part of a motivated team of Category Managers and Operational Buyers and you report to the Sourcing Director Powertrain Categories. Your main responsibilities includes developing and implementing business strategies, relationship management, and deliver value in terms of quality, cost efficiency, innovation, and sustainability throughout the product life cycle. This role offers significant responsibilities and a strong foundation for future growth within the company.


Your main tasks:
Responsible for all commercial relationships with suppliers in your categories, ensuring targets for cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability are achieved.
Create long-term strategies for your categories, aligned with internal stakeholders, to deliver optimized value and drive implementation.
Develop and maintain vendor agreements.
Lead sourcing projects and negotiate commercial terms and conditions.
Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers to enhance performance, reduce costs, eliminate waste, and leverage their potential in product development and innovation
Build and maintain strong internal relations within sourcing functions such as other Category Managers, Project Sourcing, Supplier Quality Assurance and other e.g. R&D, logistics & manufacturing, Aftermarket business teams.
Set up and manage the annual budget of cost saving activities and negotiations.

In this role, you will not only lead a skilled team comprising Cost Engineers and Supplier Development Managers but also drive and take ownership of the total cost out program within sourcing. You will lead and develop a team, and together with peers drive results within the supply base, measured by improvements on KPI’s for Cost Out & Supplier Development. Your team will support the total Husqvarna sourcing and you will report to Sourcing Director Powertrain Categories.

The Powertrain Categories is responsible for procuring direct material used in Husqvarna’s products with a global set up of both plants and suppliers. As Category Manager you are part of a highly motivated team of Category Managers and Operational Buyers and you report to the Sourcing Director Powertrain Categories. About the role as Project Sourcing Manager
This role will proactively drive and follow up the sourcing parts of the projects according to the Product Creation Process and applicable support processes. The responsibility is also to deliver projects on time with agreed quality, cost, and features according to requested volumes and production capacity.
In this role, you will be an expert in a lot of fields. You will get to learn a lot and you will be working with all of the parts in our products with a lot of different components, areas, relations and suppliers.
Key responsibilities
Secure the execution of the complete sourcing part in our Product Creation Process (PCP) to fulfil our internal customers’ expectations. From driving the supplier selection process to securing optimized quality assurance (APQP, PPAP), delivery performance and price for all parts in the projects
As a part of the cross-functional team take an active part in the project and be the voice of Sourcing in the Project Management Team
Lead and manage the activities within the Sourcing organization
Manage internal customer relationships and coordinate with Commodity Management/SQA/Project management/R&D/external suppliers in the selection, assessment and approval of supplier and parts
Contribute and drive operational excellence through continuous improvements within Project Sourcing
Interact with the Sourcing line organization about project demands, targets, time schedules, and other project information
Create and submit Sourcing project status report to the Project Managers

Who are you?
You have a bachelor degree or corresponding work experience in engineering, business administration or other relevant area
5 years of work experience within project management and/or sourcing/purchasing
Excellent English and Swedish communication skills
Interested in learning about the technology of our products

If you also have a project management education/certification or leadership experience, it’s an advantage.

The role

Your profile
To be a candidate for the role you to have at least 5 years experience from the Supply Chain field, preferably from an international and global company. You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain. Excellent knowledge of Stakeholder Management and Supplier Relationship Management is required as well as experience of Project Management and Process Development. You need to have excellent Excel skills together with an analytical mind. Fluency in English is required, Swedish and Chinese is of advantage.
It’s important that you as a person have the ability to cooperate in a team both with internal and external stakeholders and have good communication abilities and strong influencing skills.

Som strategisk inköpare kommer du ha stort ansvar för vår kunds samarbeten med konstruktion i utvecklingsprojekt där din uppgift är att ansvara för inköpen för dina delområden. Som strategisk inköpare kommer du även ansvara för att driva olika förändringsarbeten i organisationen med avseende på att underlätta prototypflödet tillsammans med övriga intressenter och leverantörer. Stödja affärsområdets projekt och program med kommersiellt ansvar och kontinuerligt utvärdera marknadens konkurrenskraft för den nuvarande leverantörsportföljen.
Ansvara för att förhandla, aktivt hantera och vidareutveckla leverantörsavtalen.

Vara en kontaktpunkt för hantering av relevant inköpsinformation.
Vara en viktig funktion i digitaliseringsresan och utveckla arbetssätten.

Vi söker dig som:
