To support this, a Test Engineer (2–3 years’ related experience) is needed to join the Connectivity Test team. Tasks

The spring sun hits your face when you jump out of the car at the test site. Today, you will spend your day out here in the sun to start testing a new type of robotic mower (with really cool techniques), which will soon be out on the market. The oldest parts of the factory and facility are as old as the company itself, 330 years. But, you will meet your team on floor 3, in one of the newer buildings. Around 20 great colleagues (5 of them, you will meet later at Teams, since they work from our Mumbai office). Since we are working agile, you kick off the day with some daily stand-up, to go through which tests should be performed.
Outdoor Testing:
• A significant portion of testing will be conducted outdoors, testing robotic mowers in real-world environments. Candidates should be comfortable working in various weather conditions.
International Travel:
• The role requires travel to test sites outside Sweden for periods of up to two weeks, so candidates should be open to frequent travel.

Hjälpa kunder med vart de skall vända sig vid behov av reparation/service.
Administrera/hantera reklamationer och garantier; meddela kund, kreditera med orsakskod samt returnera till lager.
Administrera samt hjälpa våra kunder med vårt Weborder system.
Assistera våra utesäljare med registrering av ordrar. - Assistera våra utesäljare med leveransbesked, marknadsmaterial etc.
Vara behjälplig i hanteringen av våra interna lager.

Arbetsuppgifter:
De löpande arbetsuppgifterna är att via telefon och mail hantera inkommande ärenden. Du registrera kunders beställningar och förfrågningar samt ger våra kunder bästa möjliga support i deras olika ärenden. Du hanterar administrative sysslor så som returer, reklamationer och frågor kring logistik samt lager. Du har även en tät kontakt med våra utesäljare. Det är av stor vikt att du sätter dig in i företagets produktutbud för att kunna erbjuda kunderna så bra support som möjligt.


Kompetenskrav
Gymnasial utbildning. Tidigare arbetslivserfarenhet inom serviceyrket, gärna kundservice.
God datorvana. Goda kunskaper i MS Office.
Telefonvana
Du ska vara bra på att samarbeta, vara strukturerad samt ha förmågan att kunna prioritera väl.
Du utrycker dig väl i tal och skrift på både svenska och engelska.
Tekniskt intresse / Erfarenhet är meriterande.

Detta är ett konsultuppdrag på heltid i Jönköping via Incluso med start i januari och löper till att börja med i 9 mån med eventuell möjlighet till förlängning efter det.
