Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management, ideally within a manufacturing or kitchen production environment.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and demand planning tools (e.g., NetSuite, Anaplan, Kinaxis).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with made-to-order or semi-customized manufacturing models.
Familiarity with the kitchen, furniture, or interior design industry.
Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.


This role requires fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

About the role as project sourcing manager

This role will proactively drive and follow up the sourcing parts of the projects according to the Product Creation Process and applicable support processes. The responsibility is also to deliver projects on time with agreed quality, cost, and features according to requested volumes and production capacity. In this role, you will be an expert in a lot of fields. You will get to learn a lot and you will be working with all of the parts in our products with a lot of different components, areas, relations and suppliers. 

Key responsibilities Secure the execution of the complete sourcing part in our Product Creation Process (PCP) to fulfil our internal customers’ expectations. From driving the supplier selection process to securing optimized quality assurance (APQP, PPAP), delivery performance and price for all parts in the projects
As a part of the cross-functional team take an active part in the project and be the voice of Sourcing in the Project Management Team
Lead and manage the activities within the Sourcing organization
Manage internal customer relationships and coordinate with Commodity Management/SQA/Project management/RD/external suppliers in the selection, assessment and approval of supplier and parts
Contribute and drive operational excellence through continuous improvements within Project Sourcing
Interact with the Sourcing line organization about project demands, targets, time schedules, and other project information
Create and submit Sourcing project status report to the Project Managers

Who are you?
  You have a bachelor degree or corresponding work experience in engineering, business administration or other relevant area
5 years of work experience within project management and/or sourcing/purchasing
Excellent English and Swedish communication skills
Interested in learning about the technology of our products

Your role

As a Supplier Quality Manager you will be part of a team driving quality assurance in relation with suppliers and cutting-edge technology for Saab Surveillance's products. You will work closely with purchasers, production, product management, product design and suppliers to align requirements and find opportunities to add value for Saab in terms of quality, cost and technology. You will be a member of the Supplier Quality Management team within the Surveillance Procurement organization. What you will do

You will in this role act as central hub in the field of component engineering in the specific commodity portfolio, with lot of internal and external stakeholders, such as R&D, Commodity Manager’s in Sourcing, Suppliers and Supplier Quality.
You will also:
Design-support in projects
Seek out data for the implementation of data for standard components.
Run standardization projects in mechanics, electronics and electrical mechanics globally.
Participate in Component Forums
Train designers in standardization and systems management.
Knowledge of legal requirements for components

Who you are:
We believe that you have several years’ experience of working within electronics engineering/design and have an academic education in electronics / embedded systems.
You have some ability to understand fundamental design processes, BOMs and have a good understanding within your field. It’s an extra plus if you have experience of purchasing work regarding electronics components, or a comparable area.
As a person, you are a structured, analytics and self-motivated team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, who likes to work with both internal and external stakeholders. You have the ability to independently manage the product maintenance flow to ensure optimal results. You are Service minded and solution oriented, thou acting with integrity.
You have good knowledge of drawing techniques and navigation among international standards and master the Office programs with deeper knowledge in Excel and/or other analytics software’s.
English language skills are required.
Location: Huskvarna, with the ability to work remotely a few days a week.
